Description

Overview:
Bearing all the hallmarks of quaint countryside living, the Perfectly Normal House is a 3D printable Tudor-style cottage designed for tabletop wargames and role-playing games. At a glance, it's an inviting sanctuary—a place adventurers might consider a safe haven. But is it really as "normal" as it appears?

Artistic Details:
This Tudor-style cottage offers intricate detailing, from timber-framed exteriors to charming elements like a hinged door and a removable roof. These subtle touches of craftsmanship make the terrain piece visually compelling, allowing for a deeper sense of immersion in the game world.

Mechanics & Gameplay:
Practical features like a hinged door and removable roof allow for easy access to the interior, offering plenty of room to place 28mm miniatures. Whether it serves as an adventurers' temporary hideout or the locale for a crucial negotiation scene, the Perfectly Normal House offers functional versatility. What really sets it apart, though, is its capability to transform into the Mimic House. It serves as the ultimate bait, luring players into a false sense of security before the trap is sprung.

Scale & Compatibility:
Perfectly scaled for 28-32mm miniatures, this house is compatible with a wide range of tabletop games. Even better, it's designed to pair seamlessly with the Mimic House, allowing for jaw-dropping reveals that players won't see coming.

Narrative Potential:
On its own, the Perfectly Normal House can serve as the backdrop for countless storylines—an innocent homestead under threat, a mysterious location harboring hidden secrets, or perhaps the residence of an important NPC. When paired with the Mimic House, however, it gains an added layer of narrative complexity, setting the stage for shocking turns of events that will leave players on the edge of their seats.

Conclusion:
More than just a static terrain piece, the Perfectly Normal House is an exercise in storytelling duality. As part of a larger game setup, it serves both as a picturesque, functional building and the first half of a terrifying reveal when switched with the Mimic House. Whether it's offering a tranquil scene or setting up for a horrifying reveal, this house is anything but "normal."

Delivery and Shipping

Our shipping policy is very simple.

Because we are just a small shop designed to get you some fun MiniWarGaming merchandise and products, we have the following shipping policies:

1.  Print on Demand Typically Takes 1-3 Business Days

If you ordered any products that we need to print on demand, it can take up to 1-3 business days to have the items printed, after which they will be shipped.

2.  We ship out almost daily (Monday to Friday).

We work hard to get orders shipped during the working week (Monday to Friday).  We are a small business, so occasionally we might miss a day due to holidays or illness.

Refund policy

Digital Product Refunds

Under most circumstances, we do not issue refunds for digital products after a product is distributed.

Physical Product Refunds

Have you ever purchased from a company (online or offline) and then tried to return the item but had the hardest time getting your money back (or maybe didn't get it back at all)?

I believe that has happened to all of us, including myself. They always seem to have a good excuse. "I'm sorry sir, but it has been more than 3 days since you purchased that." "I'm sorry sir, we have to charge you a 25% restocking fee to put it back on the shelf." "I'm sorry sir, but our refund policy clearly states that all sales are final."

Let's face it, if you aren't happy with your purchase, you should get your money back! That's why, although we have very VERY few problems with orders, we have our rock-solid, we-give-you-your-money-back policy.

Here's how it works:

If you received an item and don't like it or don't want it...

Simply return it (unopened and undamaged, assuming that's how you received it) and we will give you a full refund of the value you paid for it (including all applicable taxes).

We won't try to give you store credit, or charge you a "restocking fee" (but it's so hard to put it back on the shelf!) - we'll just give you your money back.

If you ordered an item and you didn't receive it...

Maybe the box got damaged and an item was lost. Maybe the postman likes Orcs and so he stole them. Whatever the reason, if you didn't get an item we will either send you a replacement (we pay the shipping cost) or just refund you what you paid for it. It is YOUR choice.

Again, we'll give you your MONEY back, not store credit, no restocking fees, no problems.

If you ordered an item and we can't get it...

Then we give you your money back. If you want we can exchange it for something else, but that is up to you.

If you received an item and it was damaged...

Then we'll replace it (we pay the shipping) or you can get a full refund for the item. Either way, YOU GET TO KEEP IT! That's right, if something is broken, just email our support with a picture of the damaged item and you can keep it, whether you get your money back or whether we send you a replacement.

Doesn't this just make sense?

Here at MiniWarGaming we don't believe in "hidden return policies" where you don't realize the stupidity until after you have problems. We keep it simple - get what you paid for, or get your money back!

For all return or refund inquiries, simply email support@miniwargaming.com.

Oh, and we don't hide our email address or phone numbers from you either, so you can get a hold of us when you need to.

Happy Wargaming!
