Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is very simple.

Because we are just a small shop designed to get you some fun MiniWarGaming merchandise and products, we have the following shipping policies:

1.  Print on Demand Typically Takes 1-3 Business Days

If you ordered any products that we need to print on demand, it can take up to 1-3 business days to have the items printed, after which they will be shipped.

2.  We ship out almost daily (Monday to Friday).

We work hard to get orders shipped during the working week (Monday to Friday).  We are a small business, so occasionally we might miss a day due to holidays or illness.

3.  Tariffs, duties, import fees, or any additional taxes are the customers responsbility.

We wish we could cover all of these, but with the constant shifts in trade policies in the world today, we simply cannot guarantee that you will not be charged extra fees when our products cross the border from our country (Canada) to yours.
