Item description only identifies them as rare earth magnets. however they are as strong if not strong that smilar sized N52's I bought elsewhere.
Each piece is really full of details. The seven pieces allow you to build different sceneries. Great !
Not sure why the payment process is so odd. Magnets were on half price, $10+$11, so $21+tax+shipping, I get charged $23.72, and $8.88 then charged again for $32.60, then refunded the first two amounts $23.72+$8.88 ten days later. So charged twice, refunded once. It all checks out but why? I'm local to the store too, so shipping shouldn't be too crazy. I get how standard shipping rates work, it's just weird being charged 2x then waiting for a credit. Maybe PayPal is the issue. The magnets are sticking stuff together quite nicely.
Really handy, makes the game that bit smoother, keeping track of scores, CP, etc, with ease, would highly recommend
These models print amazingly on my Bambu P1S. I decided to print a raft with a single layer of support material. They have great rigidity when printing but come away with perfectly clean bases. Not yet fitted all the magnets, and the wife is in the midst of painting, but we will certainly be printing more than one of everything and likely a dozen of each wall post.
The detail is exceptional and the variety is excellent. I sliced the top and glued to my existing bases and the tolerance was darn near perfect.
Honestly from what I could see perfect for me. I don't have a Printer and my buddy hasn't printed them off for me yet but from all accounts it's exactly what I needed.
The bases are awesome and love the concept for having a single army go both games! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I wish they would add a few more options.
Specifically for Skaven it would be nice to have a 25 mm square to 25 mm circle for clanrats and 25 mm square to 28.5 circle for stormvermin.
I have only just started building a TOW army, and the movement trays were the perfect solution for me to use my Goblins both in Old World and potentially in AoS in the future. That’s why I found the round to square base converters really practical, and for the price the variety and number of different options is very good.
I’d love to review the product but I haven’t even received it yet, it’s still held up in Canada apparently,I’d love to even get my hands on it but I reckon not.
everything came as advertised & no issues. due note that depending on the carrier tarrifs arent included @ check out so just make sure to check that so you dont get blindsided when the package arrives
i have only printed two of the models so far, but I really like what I am seeing. They are at a great level of detail to have visual interest but be super quick to paint.
Got some magnets on a BOGO sale and they work great! Perfect size to sit flush with the base and are pretty strong. Will buy again.
Now I haven't put him togther or painted him. I am saving him to be my imporved painting skills project. But in the mean time he is an awesome model, amazing detail. Got some weight to him too and looks to be sturdy, but i don't want to drop him from any big heights. Rather not hunt for pieces if i don't need to
If you haven't grabbed yourself one or any models or items from the Forge, your really messing out. They have awesome prints and the quality is superb!
100/100!
Perfect size and strength for glueing to bottom of bases. All of my models stay on the magnetic tray. Works great up to 40 or 50mm bases
This printed very well on my Bambu A1. I printed a few (as gifts only!) for my friends in our local crusade group. For 10th edition, the score dice don't make a whole lot of sense since you can score more than 10 points per turn, but we just use them as a running total (either the total of all dice, or the 10s and 1s digits. It's rare that you'll have more than 6 command points, but it's still nice (and the other slot can be used for battle focus tokens etc.!)
