This purchase includes the complete Spires of Perdition STL pack and a worldwide, lifetime merchant license allowing the registered license holder to manufacture and sell physical 3D-printed products made from the included files.

There are no annual renewals. Once purchased, the license does not expire and remains valid for the original person or business named on the license certificate.

What You Receive

No physical terrain is included. This is a digital STL product and commercial license.

Where You Can Sell

You may sell physical prints through channels operated directly by your licensed business, including:

• Your own website or online store
• Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and similar marketplaces
• Conventions, trade shows, and local events
• Direct local orders and printing services
• A physical retail store owned and operated by your business

You may print and sell as many physical products as your licensed business can manufacture itself.

Important License Restrictions

This license applies only to physical products manufactured using 3D printing.

You may not:

• Sell, share, distribute, transfer, or sublicense the STL files
• Give customers access to the digital files
• Manufacture the products through casting, moulding, injection moulding, or another mass-production process
• Authorize another print farm, manufacturer, or business to produce the products under your license
• Supply the products to independent retailers, distributors, wholesalers, or other resellers
• Transfer or sell the merchant license to another person or business
• Copy promotional images or renders directly from the MiniWarGaming Forge website unless they are included in the approved merchant asset pack

The license is permanently assigned to the person or business named on the certificate. If that business closes, the license cannot be transferred to a replacement business or new owner.

Product Images and Attribution

Each product listing must include at least one photograph of a physical product printed by your business. Images from the approved merchant asset pack may be used as additional promotional images.

Each listing must also include the following attribution:

Where the selling platform allows clickable links, the words MiniWarGaming Forge must link to:

What the Lifetime License Covers

The merchant license covers only the STL files specifically included with this purchase.

It does not automatically include:

• Future terrain systems
• Future expansions
• New add-on packs
• Files released separately at a later date
• Other MiniWarGaming Forge or I Demo Games products

Some future files may be added at our discretion, but no future content is guaranteed unless MiniWarGaming Forge explicitly states that it is included with this license.

Because this purchase provides immediate access to digital files and a lifetime commercial license, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Digital Product Refunds

Under most circumstances, we do not issue refunds for digital products after a product is distributed.
