Merchant License Terms and Conditions
MiniWarGaming Forge
Lifetime Merchant License Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 3, 2026
These terms explain what you may and may not do with a MiniWarGaming Forge Lifetime Merchant License.
They are written to be understood, not buried in legal language. Read them before purchasing. By purchasing a Lifetime Merchant License, accepting these terms during checkout, or using the included files commercially, you agree to follow them.
The Basic Agreement
A Lifetime Merchant License allows the registered license holder to:
- Download and use the STL files included with the purchased product
- Manufacture physical products from those files using 3D printing
- Sell those physical products directly to customers
- Continue doing so worldwide for the lifetime of the original license holder
- Produce and sell an unlimited number of physical prints
- Set their own prices
- Keep all revenue from their sales without paying royalties to MiniWarGaming Forge or I Demo Games
This is a non-exclusive license. Other merchants may purchase the same license and sell products made from the same designs.
This is also a non-transferable license. It belongs only to the person or business named on the merchant license certificate.
Back to contentsA Few Terms Used on This Page
To keep these terms readable:
License Holder means the person or business named on the merchant license certificate.
Licensed Files means the specific STL files included with the Lifetime Merchant License you purchased.
Licensed System means the terrain system or product collection covered by your purchase.
Physical Products means physical objects manufactured from the Licensed Files using a 3D printer.
Approved Merchant Assets means the renders, logos, promotional images, and other marketing materials that MiniWarGaming Forge specifically provides for merchant use.
MiniWarGaming Forge, we, and us refer to MiniWarGaming Forge as the seller and administrator of the merchant license.
Back to contentsWhat You Are Purchasing
Your purchase includes two things:
- The complete STL pack identified on the product page at the time of purchase
- A Lifetime Merchant License covering the files included in that pack
You are not purchasing ownership of the designs, copyright, trademarks, product names, logos, or other intellectual property.
All copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with MiniWarGaming Forge, I Demo Games, or the applicable rights holder.
You are receiving permission to use the Licensed Files in the specific commercial ways described on this page.
Back to contentsWhat “Lifetime” Means
The license has no scheduled expiration date.
There are:
- No monthly merchant fees
- No annual renewals
- No required royalties
- No per-print charges
- No limits on the number of physical products you may sell
The license remains active for the lifetime of the original License Holder, provided that:
- The License Holder continues to exist and operate
- The license has not been transferred
- The License Holder continues to follow these terms
- The original payment has not been reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back
If the Licensed System is later discontinued or removed from the MiniWarGaming Forge store, an active License Holder may continue printing and selling the covered products.
“Lifetime” does not mean that the license can never be cancelled. Serious or repeated violations of these terms may result in the license being terminated.
Back to contentsWho the License Belongs To
The license belongs to the exact person or legal business named on the merchant license certificate.
When purchasing, you must provide accurate information, including:
- The License Holder’s legal name
- The business or trading name, when applicable
- A valid email address
- Any other information reasonably required to create and maintain the license certificate
If you purchase in your personal name, you are the License Holder.
If you purchase in the name of a corporation, partnership, or other legal business entity, that entity is the License Holder.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms for that business.
Back to contentsBusiness Name, Address, and Ownership Changes
You may update ordinary administrative information associated with the license, such as:
- A change of address
- A change of email address
- A change to your business’s public trading name
- A move from one production location to another
You must contact MiniWarGaming Forge so that the license record can be updated.
Changing the owner of the business, selling the business, forming a new legal entity, dissolving the original business, or transferring the business’s assets does not automatically transfer the license.
Purchasing the original License Holder’s:
- Business
- Store
- Website
- Domain name
- Printers
- Equipment
- Inventory
- Customer list
- Brand
- Other assets
does not give the purchaser the right to use the Licensed Files.
Any ownership change, corporate restructuring, merger, sale, transfer, or move to a different legal entity requires written approval from MiniWarGaming Forge. We may require the new person or entity to purchase a new merchant license.
Back to contentsThe License Cannot Be Transferred
You may not:
- Sell the license
- Give the license away
- Assign it to another person
- Transfer it to a different business
- Include it in the sale of your business
- Allow another company to operate under your certificate
- Sublicense the files or designs
- Rent or loan the license
- Share the benefits of the license with an unlicensed business
The license ends if an individual License Holder dies or if a business License Holder permanently closes, dissolves, or ceases operating, unless MiniWarGaming Forge agrees otherwise in writing.
A new owner or replacement business must obtain its own license.
Back to contentsProduction Locations
Unless your product page, certificate, or separate written agreement says otherwise, one Lifetime Merchant License covers one primary 3D-printing production location.
You may operate multiple printers at that location.
You may move your production operation to a new location, but you must update your merchant information with MiniWarGaming Forge.
A second independent print farm, workshop, branch, franchise, production facility, or manufacturing location is not covered by the original license.
Contact MiniWarGaming Forge before operating from multiple production locations. Additional locations may require additional licenses or a separate written agreement.
A retail location owned and operated by the License Holder may sell products printed at the licensed production location. The retail location does not become an additional licensed production location unless products are also manufactured there.
Back to contentsWho May Use the Files Inside Your Business
The License Holder may allow its employees or directly supervised workers to access the Licensed Files only when that access is necessary to manufacture products for the licensed business.
The License Holder remains fully responsible for how those people handle the files.
Anyone given internal access must be told that:
- The files are confidential business assets
- The files cannot be copied for personal use
- The files cannot be retained after they stop working for the License Holder
- The files cannot be shared with anyone outside the licensed business
- The files cannot be used to operate a separate business
You may not provide the files to an independent print farm, outside manufacturer, contractor, supplier, partner company, franchisee, affiliate, or other business so that it can manufacture products for you or for itself.
The physical printing must be performed by the License Holder’s own business at its licensed production location.
Back to contentsWhat You Are Allowed to Manufacture
You may use the Licensed Files to create physical products through additive 3D printing.
This includes commonly used methods such as:
- FDM printing
- Resin printing
- SLS printing
- Other additive 3D-printing methods
You may sell the products:
- Unpainted
- Painted
- Primed
- Assembled
- Unassembled
- As individual pieces
- As complete terrain sets
- As bundles or kits
- As part of a larger physical terrain package
- With other physical accessories or products
You may resize, orient, support, split, repair, hollow, or otherwise prepare the files for your own printing process.
You may make reasonable digital adjustments needed to manufacture or customize physical products. Any modified digital file remains subject to these terms and may not be sold, shared, or distributed.
You may not claim that you designed the original models merely because you modified, supported, resized, repaired, or combined the files.
Back to contentsManufacturing Methods That Are Not Allowed
The license only permits manufacturing through 3D printing.
You may not use the Licensed Files or physical prints to manufacture products through:
- Mould making
- Resin casting
- Metal casting
- Injection moulding
- Vacuum forming
- Spin casting
- CNC reproduction
- Traditional mass-production tooling
- Any other non-3D-printed reproduction process
You may not create or sell moulds, casts, production tooling, manufacturing masters, or other reproduction materials based on the Licensed Files.
You may not knowingly sell a physical print as a master intended for:
- Casting
- Mould making
- Scanning
- Duplication
- Manufacturing
- Commercial reproduction
Having a Lifetime Merchant License does not give you permission to authorize someone else to reproduce the designs.
Back to contentsWhat You Are Allowed to Sell
You may sell physical 3D-printed products directly to the final customer through sales channels controlled by the License Holder.
These may include:
- Your own website
- Your own online store
- Etsy
- eBay
- Amazon
- Other online marketplaces
- Social media
- Direct messages or email orders
- Conventions
- Trade shows
- Craft shows
- Gaming events
- Local pickup
- Direct custom orders
- Your own physical retail store
Using a marketplace is allowed when the License Holder remains the actual seller of the product and controls the listing.
A marketplace, payment processor, shipping company, or fulfilment service may help process or deliver an order. It may not manufacture the licensed products or become an independent reseller of them.
You may sell products to individuals, clubs, gaming groups, studios, schools, event organizers, or other organizations when they are purchasing the products for their own use.
You may set your own retail prices and decide which covered products to offer.
Back to contentsWholesale, Distribution, and Third-Party Retailers
This license is for direct sales by the License Holder. It is not a wholesale or distribution license.
You may not supply licensed products to:
- Independent retail stores for resale
- Distributors
- Wholesalers
- Resellers
- Other Etsy, eBay, or marketplace sellers
- Subscription-box companies for resale or redistribution
- Third-party websites that will resell the products
- Other businesses that will relabel the products as their own
- Consignment stores
- Franchisees or affiliated companies that are not themselves licensed
You may not manufacture products for another company to sell under its own name, store, account, or brand.
You may not use a third-party retailer as a way to avoid the direct-sales requirement.
A physical retail store owned and operated by the License Holder is allowed. An independently owned store is not considered the License Holder’s own store, even if the two businesses have a close relationship.
A retailer may purchase terrain for use on its own gaming tables, displays, events, or facilities. It may not purchase the products for resale unless MiniWarGaming Forge has provided separate written permission.
Back to contentsThe STL Files Cannot Be Sold or Shared
You may not sell, share, distribute, trade, upload, transfer, publish, or give away any Licensed File.
This includes:
- Original STL files
- Modified STL files
- Supported STL files
- Presupported files
- Repaired files
- Resized files
- Split files
- Hollowed files
- Combined files
- Slicer project files
- G-code
- Converted files
- Scans
- Digital copies created from the files or prints
- Any other digital format containing the design
You may not include the files with a physical product.
You may not provide the files to a customer so that the customer can print a replacement part.
You may not upload the files to:
- File-sharing websites
- Public cloud folders
- Torrent services
- Online libraries
- Membership websites
- Patreon
- Discord servers
- Facebook groups
- Forums
- Shared community drives
- Unlicensed print-on-demand services
- Any service that makes the files available to other users
Private storage, backups, and normal use of secure slicing software are allowed, provided that the files remain protected and are not made available to anyone outside the licensed business.
You are responsible for keeping the files secure.
Back to contentsFile Backups and Continued Access
You should keep secure backups of all downloaded files.
The Lifetime Merchant License gives you lifetime commercial permission to use the Licensed Files. It does not guarantee that the original download link, customer account, website, hosting service, or file-delivery platform will remain available forever.
MiniWarGaming Forge may change websites, stores, hosting providers, file-delivery systems, or account systems.
If you lose access to the files, we may require proof of purchase and proof of identity before restoring access or providing replacement files.
We do not guarantee permanent file hosting or unlimited replacement downloads.
Back to contentsProduct Images
You may not use any images from the MiniWarGaming Forge website, unless they are included in the Approved Merchant Asset pack.
MiniWarGaming Forge may provide an Approved Merchant Asset pack containing:
- Renders
- Promotional images
- Logos
- Banners
- Product graphics
- Other approved marketing materials
You may not materially alter the assets, remove ownership marks, add misleading claims, or use them to promote products that are not covered by your license.
Back to contentsImages You May Not Use
You may not copy or download images from:
- The public MiniWarGaming Forge website
- MiniWarGaming Forge product pages
- MiniWarGaming Forge crowdfunding campaigns
- MiniWarGaming Forge advertisements
- MiniWarGaming Forge social-media accounts
- I Demo Games websites or social-media accounts
- Other merchants’ listings
- Customer photographs
- Any other source that has not given you permission
The fact that an image is publicly visible does not mean it is approved for merchant use.
Only use:
- Your own photographs
- Images you created and have the right to use
- Approved Merchant Assets provided to you
- Other images for which you have received clear permission
Required Attribution
Every online listing or written product description for a covered product must include this attribution:
Where the selling platform allows clickable links, the words MiniWarGaming Forge must link to:
https://forge.miniwargaming.com
The attribution must be reasonably visible and included in the main listing description. It must not be hidden in an image, collapsed behind unrelated text, written in an unreadable size, or placed somewhere customers are unlikely to see.
If a platform does not support clickable links, the written attribution is still required.
When multiple covered products are included in a single listing, one clear attribution within that listing is sufficient.
You may provide additional information or a direct link to the original product page, but you may not replace or remove the required attribution.
Back to contentsUsing Our Names and Logos
You may use the names of the Licensed System and its products when accurately describing the physical products you are selling.
You may say that you are licensed to sell physical prints from the applicable MiniWarGaming Forge system.
You may use logos, badges, or other branding only when they have been included in the Approved Merchant Assets or separately approved in writing.
You may not:
- Claim to be MiniWarGaming Forge
- Claim to be I Demo Games
- Claim to be an owner, employee, division, franchise, or official representative of either company
- Suggest that your business is operated by MiniWarGaming Forge or I Demo Games
- Claim that your store is the exclusive or only licensed seller
- Suggest that MiniWarGaming Forge or I Demo Games guarantees your products
- Suggest that we personally manufactured, inspected, or approved each product
- Create your own “official” merchant badges
- Alter a merchant certificate or badge
- Use our names or logos to promote unrelated products
- Register a trademark, business name, domain name, social-media account, or marketplace store name that could reasonably be mistaken for MiniWarGaming Forge, I Demo Games, or one of our official product lines
The license permits accurate identification and promotion of licensed physical products. It does not grant ownership of our brands or trademarks.
Back to contentsYour Merchant Certificate
MiniWarGaming Forge will provide a certificate or other record confirming the merchant license.
The certificate may include:
- The License Holder’s name
- The registered business name
- The Licensed System
- The date of purchase
- A certificate or order number
- Other identifying information
You may display the certificate as evidence that you hold the license.
You may not:
- Alter the certificate
- Create copies with different names
- Remove identifying information
- Use the certificate for an unlicensed business
- Use the certificate to represent that another product line is licensed
- Allow another seller to display the certificate as its own
The certificate confirms the existence of the license. It does not add rights beyond those written in these terms.
The store’s order record, product page, license certificate, and these terms may be used together to determine exactly what was purchased.
Back to contentsWhat Files Are Covered
The license covers only the files specifically included with the purchased Lifetime Merchant License.
The product page and delivered download identify the files and product pack covered by the license.
The license may also cover:
- Corrected versions of an included file
- Repaired versions of an included file
- Updated versions that replace the same included model
- Files that MiniWarGaming Forge explicitly states have been added to the existing license
The license does not automatically include:
- Future terrain systems
- Future product lines
- Future expansions
- New themed sets
- New add-on packs
- New crowdfunding campaigns
- Files sold separately
- Files released by I Demo Games outside the purchased pack
- Other MiniWarGaming Forge products
- Physical products
- Subscription content
- Merchant licenses for other systems
A product may be compatible with, connected to, or marketed as an expansion for a Licensed System without being included in that system’s merchant license.
For example, a large expansion may require its own separate Lifetime Merchant License even when it is designed to work with a previously released system.
Small additions may sometimes be included at our discretion. No future content is promised unless MiniWarGaming Forge clearly states in writing that it has been added to the license.
Back to contentsNo Ownership of Future Content
Purchasing a Lifetime Merchant License does not give the License Holder a permanent claim to every future file associated with the product name, setting, visual style, or terrain range.
“Complete” refers to the contents of the purchased product pack as offered at the time of purchase. It does not mean every related product that may ever be created.
Future expansions and products may be:
- Sold separately
- Given their own merchant licenses
- Added to an existing license
- Included as a limited bonus
- Offered under different terms
MiniWarGaming Forge will decide how future products are licensed.
Back to contentsYour Responsibilities as the Manufacturer and Seller
The License Holder is the manufacturer and seller of every physical product it produces.
You are responsible for:
- Print quality
- Material selection
- Printer calibration
- Assembly
- Packaging
- Product descriptions
- Product photographs
- Customer service
- Shipping
- Returns
- Refunds to your customers
- Marketplace rules
- Taxes
- Duties
- Customs declarations
- Product warnings
- Safety requirements
- Local business licences
- Consumer-protection requirements
- Any laws that apply where you manufacture or sell
You must inspect your products and make your own decisions about whether they are suitable for sale.
You must not claim that a product is child-safe, food-safe, heat-safe, load-bearing, certified, or suitable for a regulated use unless you have independently confirmed that claim and complied with the laws that apply to it.
MiniWarGaming Forge and I Demo Games are the designers of the digital models. They are not the manufacturer or seller of the physical products created by the License Holder.
Back to contentsMarketplace and Platform Rules
The merchant license gives you permission from the applicable rights holders to sell covered physical products.
It does not guarantee that Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Facebook, or any other platform will accept your listings or allow your account to remain active.
You are responsible for following each platform’s:
- Seller rules
- Listing requirements
- Image requirements
- Intellectual-property procedures
- Product-safety rules
- Shipping policies
- Payment policies
- Tax requirements
A platform’s decision to remove a listing does not create a right to a refund from MiniWarGaming Forge.
Back to contentsNo Guaranteed Sales or Business Results
MiniWarGaming Forge does not guarantee:
- A minimum number of sales
- A minimum amount of revenue
- A minimum profit
- Customer demand
- Marketplace approval
- Exclusive territory
- Protection from competition
- Continued popularity of the Licensed System
- Compatibility with every printer, slicer, material, or print setting
- That every file will print successfully without preparation or adjustment on every machine
Your results will depend on your own pricing, production quality, marketing, customer service, location, sales channels, costs, and business decisions.
Purchasing the license is a business decision made by the License Holder.
Back to contentsTaxes, Permits, and Legal Compliance
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, fees, registrations, or permits connected to your business.
This may include:
- Sales taxes
- Income taxes
- Import or export duties
- Marketplace taxes
- Business registration fees
- Product-safety requirements
- Consumer-protection obligations
- Local permits
The worldwide nature of the license means that the license itself is not geographically restricted. It does not exempt you from laws or restrictions that apply in your location or in the locations where you sell.
You may not use the license to manufacture, advertise, ship, or sell anything where doing so would be illegal.
Back to contentsVerifying Compliance
MiniWarGaming Forge may ask for reasonable information to confirm that the license is being used properly.
This may include:
- Links to product listings
- Photographs of products manufactured by the License Holder
- Confirmation of the production location
- Confirmation of the License Holder’s identity
- Confirmation that attribution has been added
- Confirmation that unapproved images have been removed
- Information about a seller appearing to use the License Holder’s certificate
There are no regular royalty reports or sales reports required under the standard Lifetime Merchant License.
We do not require access to your private financial records merely to confirm normal compliance.
You must respond honestly to reasonable questions concerning the use of the license.
Back to contentsReporting Suspected Piracy or Unauthorized Use
If you discover that the Licensed Files have been stolen, shared, leaked, or accessed by someone outside your business, contact MiniWarGaming Forge promptly.
Promptly reporting a genuine security problem will be taken into account when deciding how to respond.
Knowingly allowing continued unauthorized access, hiding a leak, or helping another person use the files may be treated as a serious violation.
Back to contentsWhat Happens When a Rule Is Broken
For ordinary problems, such as a missing attribution or an incorrect product image, MiniWarGaming Forge will normally contact the License Holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem.
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Serious violations include:
- Selling or sharing the STL files
- Uploading the files publicly
- Allowing another business to use the files
- Transferring or selling the license
- Manufacturing through prohibited methods
- Supplying products for unauthorized wholesale or resale
- Using a false identity
- Creating or altering a merchant certificate
- Continuing a violation after being told to stop
- Fraud
- Piracy
- Reversing or charging back the license payment after receiving the files or commercial rights
While a license is suspended, the License Holder must stop manufacturing and listing new covered products until the issue is resolved.
If the license is terminated, the License Holder must:
- Stop manufacturing covered products
- Stop advertising or accepting new orders for covered products
- Remove covered listings
- Stop using Approved Merchant Assets
- Stop using merchant badges or certificates
- Delete all copies of the Licensed Files
- Ensure employees and workers delete their copies
- Stop representing itself as a licensed merchant
Termination does not require MiniWarGaming Forge to refund the purchase price.
Reinstatement is at MiniWarGaming Forge’s discretion and may require correction of the violation, payment of outstanding amounts, or purchase of a new license.
Back to contentsEnforcement Against Unauthorized Listings
MiniWarGaming Forge and the applicable rights holders may take reasonable steps to protect the Licensed Files and designs.
These steps may include:
- Contacting the seller
- Contacting a marketplace or hosting provider
- Requesting removal of unauthorized listings
- Filing intellectual-property complaints
- Suspending merchant privileges
- Cancelling a certificate
- Seeking payment for unauthorized use
- Taking legal action when necessary
A valid merchant certificate does not protect listings that violate these terms.
Back to contentsRefund Policy
Lifetime Merchant License purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
The license provides immediate commercial rights and access to digital files. Those rights and files cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
A refund will not normally be provided because:
- You changed your mind
- You decided not to start the business
- Your business closed
- You did not sell enough products
- A marketplace removed your listing
- You purchased the wrong printer
- You experienced printing problems
- You did not download the files immediately
- You already owned some of the files
- You misunderstood which future products would be included
- Another merchant sells the same products
- You later found a different product you preferred
- You failed to read these terms before purchasing
Review the product page, included files, License Holder name, and these terms before completing the purchase.
Nothing in this section removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Back to contentsPayment Reversals and Chargebacks
If the payment for the license is reversed, cancelled, disputed, or charged back, the license may be suspended immediately.
The License Holder must stop using the Licensed Files commercially until the payment issue is resolved.
If the payment is permanently reversed, the merchant license ends and the License Holder must follow the termination requirements described above.
A payment reversal does not convert the commercial license into a free license.
Back to contentsFile and Product Warranties
The files are provided for use with 3D-printing equipment, but results vary between printers, materials, slicers, settings, scales, and environments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The files are provided as available
- We do not guarantee perfect results on every machine
- We do not guarantee compatibility with every future software or hardware update
- We do not guarantee that no preparation, supports, repairs, or adjustments will ever be required
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the download system
- We do not guarantee technical support for the lifetime of the license
Nothing in these terms removes a warranty or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Back to contentsResponsibility for Claims Involving Your Products
The License Holder controls the manufacturing, marketing, packaging, and sale of its physical products.
The License Holder is responsible for claims, losses, costs, injuries, damages, refunds, or disputes caused by:
- Its manufacturing process
- Its materials
- Its print quality
- Its product claims
- Its packaging
- Its instructions or warnings
- Its customer service
- Its shipping
- Its taxes or legal compliance
- Its use of third-party intellectual property
- Its violation of these terms
If the License Holder’s actions cause a customer, platform, regulator, or other person to bring a claim against MiniWarGaming Forge, I Demo Games, or an applicable rights holder, the License Holder is responsible for the consequences of its own manufacturing and sales activities to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Back to contentsLimits on Our Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiniWarGaming Forge, I Demo Games, and the applicable rights holders are not responsible for:
- Lost profits
- Lost sales
- Lost business opportunities
- Lost marketplace accounts
- Lost data
- Printer damage
- Failed prints
- Wasted material
- Labour costs
- Shipping losses
- Customer refunds
- Product recalls
- Indirect or unexpected losses
- Actions taken by third-party marketplaces
- Claims caused by products manufactured or sold by the License Holder
Where the law allows responsibility to be limited, the maximum total responsibility connected to a particular merchant license will not exceed the amount originally paid for that license.
These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to apply.
Back to contentsChanges to These Terms
The version of these terms in effect when you purchase the license governs the core rights included in that purchase.
MiniWarGaming Forge may update these terms for future purchases.
We may also make reasonable changes needed to:
- Clarify unclear language
- Correct errors
- Update contact or administrative procedures
- Respond to changes in law
- Address new methods of piracy or file misuse
- Protect the licensed designs and files
We will not use a later update to convert an existing Lifetime Merchant License into a monthly or annual subscription.
We will not add royalties to an existing Lifetime Merchant License unless the License Holder voluntarily agrees to a separate written arrangement.
We will not remove the core right of an active License Holder to manufacture and directly sell covered physical 3D prints merely because the terms page was later updated.
Any special exception, expanded right, or different arrangement must be provided in writing by MiniWarGaming Forge.
Back to contentsWritten Exceptions
MiniWarGaming Forge may approve exceptions or additional rights for a particular License Holder.
Examples may include:
- Multiple production locations
- Wholesale sales
- Retail distribution
- Additional licensed businesses
- Special manufacturing arrangements
- Use of additional assets
- Transfer during a business restructuring
- Enterprise licensing
An exception is valid only when MiniWarGaming Forge provides it in writing.
Permission given to one merchant does not automatically apply to another merchant.
A conversation, comment, social-media message, or informal statement does not change these terms unless it clearly provides written approval for the specific License Holder and specific exception.
Back to contentsIf We Do Not Enforce a Rule Immediately
If MiniWarGaming Forge does not enforce a rule immediately, that does not mean the rule has been removed.
Allowing extra time to correct one violation does not require us to allow the same violation again.
An exception made for one situation does not create a permanent exception unless we confirm that in writing.
Back to contentsIf Part of These Terms Cannot Be Enforced
If a court or other proper authority decides that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
The invalid part should be interpreted as narrowly as necessary without cancelling the rest of the agreement.
Back to contentsThe Complete Agreement
The complete agreement includes:
- These Merchant License Terms and Conditions
- The merchant-license product page
- The order confirmation
- The merchant certificate
- Any special written agreement provided by MiniWarGaming Forge
The product page and order confirmation identify the Licensed System and included files.
These terms explain how the license may be used.
A special written agreement signed or clearly approved by MiniWarGaming Forge may override a specific part of these terms for the License Holder named in that agreement.
No other advertisement, conversation, assumption, or verbal statement changes the license.
Back to contentsLaws and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Before beginning a formal legal claim, the License Holder and MiniWarGaming Forge should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the disagreement directly.
Unless a law that must apply says otherwise, legal disputes connected to the merchant license will be handled by the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Nothing in these terms removes legal rights that cannot be waived or restricted.
